The present study aims at knowing the effectiveness of an active learning-based-strategy in decreasing psychological burning and developing the verbal interaction skills of secondary stage teachers of psychology.To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher has formed the Experimental group to include 30 male and female teachers of psychology at the secondary stage in the New Valley. They were divided into two parts; the first part consisted of 15 teachers;out of them, 7 had less experience and 8 had more experience. The other part consisted of 15 teachers also: 8 had less experience and 7 had more experience. The researcher found that these teachers had a great deal of psychological burning, and they suffered a decrease in verbal interacting skills.. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the semi-experimental approach. He also prepared research tools which included the psychological burning questionnaire, verbal interaction skills list, and the teacher's guide The study results showed that, after the experimental group used the collective thinking strategy in teaching psychology, there was a negative correlative relationship between the averages of the teachers' scores in the psychological burning questionnaire and their scores in the verbal interaction skills list. Results also indicated hat there was a statistically significant difference in psychological burning between the averages of the experimental group scores in the pre and post tests, on the side of the post test. Furthermore, there was a statistically significant difference in the verbal interaction skills between the averages of the experimental group scores in the pre and post tests, on the side of the post test. Results also showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the averages of the scores of the males and females in psychological burning on the side of the males. Also, there is a statistically significant difference between teachers who had less experience and those who had more experience in psychological burning, on the side of those who had less experience. Also there was a statistically significant difference between the averages of the scores of males and females in the verbal interaction skills, on the side of the females. There was also a statistically significant difference between teachers who had less experience and those who had more experience in verbal interaction skills, on the side of those who had more experience.

The study problem: - The problem of the Study is summarized in the following question: - What is the effect of the program depending on multiple intelligences theory for developing creative thinking and academic achievement of commercial secondary schools students? The study Objectives: This study aims at defining the effect of using an existent program about theory of multiple Intelligence on the development of creative thinking and academic achievement in Psychology in grade 2 students of commercial secondary schools students. Study sample Study sample consisted of (120) students in grade 2 students of commercial secondary school students. divided as follows (40) students from the School of Mubarak commercial girls (morning period) represent the control group, and (80) students from the School of Mubarak commercial girls (the evening period) represent experimental group as a whole, and this experimental group divided into two groups, the first experimental group (1) consists of (40) students taking teaching program based on multi- Intelligence. Some Requirements of Applying The System of Community Colleges in Egypt in The Light of Experiences of Arab and Foreign Countries The research was dedicted to studying Community Colleges system and the pssibility of applying it in the Egyption community which is crowded with different types and Levels of educational, practical and cultural needs of its individuals. This needs which were not met by the Technical Institutes because of the shortage of their educational system that hindes them not to suitably perform that role. The trial of developing the Technical Institutes in Egypt to become Community Colleges may contribute to meeting the educational needs that appear in the local community, in addition to positively reacting with changes and developments created by the third millennium. Thus, the problem of the current study was identified in the following main question : What are the requirements of applying the system of Community Colleges in Egypt in the light of experiences of Arab and Foreign countries? The main question was divided into the following sub-questions: 1- What is the conceptual framework of Community Colleges (origin- concept- goals- functions)? 2- What are the benefits from some Arab and Foreign countries in the field of applying the system of Community Colleges? 3- What are the similarities and differences between Community Colleges and the average Technical Institutes in Egypt? 4- What are the demanding necessities of applying Community Colleges in Egypt? 5- What are the requirements of developing average Technical Institutes into Community Colleges? 6- What is the proposed conception of applying the system of Community Colleges in Egypt in the light of experiences of Arab and Foreign countries? Research Aims: The current research aimed at identifying the requirements of applying the system of Community Colleges in Egypt in the light of experiences of Arab and Foreign countries. 2 This Main aim can be achieved through achieving the folloing gools: 1- Identifying and formulating the educational concepts of Community Colleges through literature and global experiences. 2- Identifying the benefits from the experiences of Community Colleges in som Arab and Foreign countries. 3- Identifying the similarities and differences between Community Colleges and the average Technical Institutes in Egypt. 4- Clarifying the demanding necessities for applying Community Colleges in Egypt. 5- Identifying the requirements of transforming Technical Institutes to Community Colleges. 6- Proposing a conception of applying the system of Community Colleges in Egypt in the light of experiences of Arab and Foreign countries. Research method: To achieve the aims of the research, the researcher adoptedthe descriptive method following thr following steps: 1- surveying the educational concepts of Community Colleges in educational literature and available community experiences. 2- Describing Arabic experiences ( Jordan and Saudi Arabia) and foreign ones (USA and United Kingdom) in the faild of applying Community Colleges system. 3- Comparatively describing Community Colleges in the countries under study, and consequently identifying the benefits in applying Community Colleges system. 4- Describing the educational system in Technical Institutes and deducing similarities and differences between it and Community Colleges. 5- Conducting a faild study to identify the requirements of developing Technical Institutes into Community Colleges from the view point of educators working there. 6- Forming a proposed conception for applying Community Colleges system in Egypt in the light of the results of the theoretical and faild study of the research. Research instrument: Aquestionnaire about the requirements of developing Technical Institutes into Community Colleges presented to educators working in the Technical Institutes. 3 Research sample: The sample of the research included arepresentative sample of (164) educators working in technical institutes divided into two groups: 1- Agroup of teaching staff in commercial Technical Institutes (81). 2- Agroup of teaching staff in industrial Technical Institutes (83). Research results: The research reached folloing results: 1- There are demanding necessities for applying Community Colleges system in Egypt. 2- The Possibility of applying Community Colleges system in Egypt. 3- The Possibility of applying Community Colleges system in Egypt through transforming Technical Institutes into Community Colleges. 4- The typ of the Technical Institutes doesnot affect the possibility of transforming it into Community Colleges. The results were finalised with forming a proposed conception of applying the system Community Colleges system in Egypt in the light of experiences of some Arab and Foreign countries. 4
