However, the problem more complicated if we take into account the uncertainty and complexity of security concepts in general, where it is difficult to agree on a definition of security that is acceptable to scientists and those interested in examining. Further study is based on the address object and a research and analysis to a range of important considerations, In the forefront of the security issue related to the importance of the intellectual itself, which has become one of the key issues at this time. Side by side with the emphasis placed by some specialized studies, that the deviation of the intellectual is one of the most important problems of intellectual and serious security As well as the urgent need at this juncture that the specialized scientific studies shed light on social phenomena and the emergence of security-related phenomenon of terrorism and violence, And what constitutes a threat to the security of the intellectual in the Arab and Islamic societies. It also attributed the importance of addressing the issue of security in the light of intellectual globalization specifically in addition to the importance of the topic the same community as a research. Posed by the globalization debates and the same positions in the academic arena and the Arab intellectual diverse and often lacking to address the concept of globalization is complex dimensions and impacts that can not be ignored or overlooked by the party.
