Abstract in English:
Title: Requirements for Using Electronic learning in Teaching Natural Sciences at Higher
Education from the Point of View of Educational Specialists
Objectives: They comprise the following:
١- Determine requirements for using electronic learning in teaching natural sciences at
higher education stage regarding (student. Curriculum, teaching staff , and educational
environment )
٢- Know the degree of significance of for using electronic education in teaching natural
sciences at higher education stage which must be fulfilled in (educated. Curriculum,
staff member, and educational environment )
٣- Specify differences among responses of the members of sample which are attributed t
changes ( Practice, specialization)
Methodology, Sample &Technique: The study followed the descriptive methodology; and
the sample was composed of (٢٥٠) staff members belonging to Saudi universities. The study
used questionnaire as a means for collecting data.
Statistical means used in analyzing study data include ALFA CRONOPAKFREQUENCIES-
PERCENTAGES-t-Test- That were used via (SPSS)
The following are the most important results:
١- All requirements indicated in questionnaire of this study and which must be fulfilled in
the curriculums of natural sciences are considered significant for using electronic
learning as responses of sample members for all points of this axis were at significant
rate.
٢- All requirements indicated in this study questionnaire and which must be fulfilled in
the teacher of natural sciences are considered significant for using electronic education
as responses of sample members for the most points of this axis were at significant rate.
٣- All requirements which must be fulfilled in the one learning the usage of electronic
education in studying natural sciences are considered significant for using electronic
education as responses of the sample members for all points of this axis were at the rate
of significant.
٤- All re All requirements which must be fulfilled in the educational environment for using
electronic education are considered significant for using electronic education as
responses of the sample members for all points of this axis were at significant rate.
٥- There are statistically significant differences at ٠.٠٥ among averages of responses of the
sample members on requirements that must be fulfilled in the curriculums of natural
sciences as regards the one leaning the usage of electronic education which are
attributed to the members of the sample who practice electronic education. However,
there were statistically significant differences at the indication level of ٠.٠٥ among
responses of the sample member which are attributed to practice in the remaining anises
of the study questionnaire.
٦- There are statistically significant differences at ٠.٠٥ among averages of responses of
sample individuals on requirement that must be fulfilled in curriculums of natural
sciences for using electronic education which are attributed to specialization in favor of
sample members who are specialized in curriculums and teaching methods. However,
however, there were statistically significant differences at the indication level of ٠.٠٥
among responses of the sample member which are attributed to practice in the
remaining anises of the study questionnaire.
The following are the most significant recommendations:
١- It is better to take advantage of requirements determined by the study in the
curriculums of natural sciences when we teach them via using electronic education.
٢- Higher educational institutes are encouraged to take into account the requirements
specified by this study regarding the staff member when appointed to work as a
staff member, Furthermore, such requirements must be benefited from in the
training and development programs that are offered to staff members.

٣- The higher educational institutions desiring to introduce electronic learning in their
respective programs are required to include these requirements that must be
fulfilled in the one learning via listing some of them as conditions for admission ,
in addition to training him on them
٤- The educational environment in which electronic learning is implemented is
preferably having adequate human and material resources required for such type
of particular education.
