The significance of this research study lies in a fact that it tackles a problem of the feminine employment ie the lengthy working hours and impact on productivity. It also concentrates on the necessity to enhance the efficiency of the role undertaken by the woman in carrying out the promising development plans of Saudi Arabia and conclude proper results and recommendations through availing the suitable work environment for the woman to ensure high level of productivity, being a part of the community overall productivity .
