Development, Closeness , and Integration in The Ancient and Contemporary Society of Saudi Arabia
Abstract in English:
Nowadays, it is noted that economic development in most countries is
accompanied by desegregating in the human relations. It’s argued that this
phenomenon is due to the absence of true faith and good morals in the
efforts of development.
The goal of this paper is to verify the hypothesis saying : “ The inclusion
of true faith and good morals in the efforts of development in both ancient
and contemporary society of Saudi Arabia led to more closeness and
unification among it’s parts and people”.
The paper dealt with the period before Islam in Peninsula and showed
that the absence of true faith and good morals was accompanied by
fighting of people and spread of hateness and grudge among them.
The period after Islam was examined and the analysis showed that
whenever people followed the instruction of Islam and applied them in
their life, the efforts of development resulted in unification of Muslims.
It has been shown that because the efforts of development were
accompanied by applying the instructions of Islam during the
contemporary age of Saudi Arabia which started in 1932 , these efforts
resulted in more unification among it’s parts , and more closeness and
integration among it’s people.
