this study is to disambiguate and explicate issues germane to
concept of accreditation and quality assurance
in higher education it offers a detailed description of the the organizational structures and procedures associated
with such systems .the author argues that the relevance of of higher education products to market demands is the center piece underpinning the notion of accreditation. he maintains that the future of higher education shall depend on its ability to respond in a robust manner to the constantly changing need and demand of the free market . the study makes specific references to persistent challenges and offers suggestions to address such challenges
