The study title : Possibility of applying the electronics management in the general directorate of education at Holy Makkah ( boys ) ( ١٤٢٩ A.H – ٢٠٠٨ A.D) Scientific degree : Master degree Researcher : Mohammed Bin Saeed Moh. Al –Arishi supervisor Dr. Sultan Bin Saeed Magsoud Bukhary Department : Education management and planning college of education – Umm Al- Qura university Aims of study ١- To know the extent of importance of applying the electronic management in the general directorate of education at Holy Makkah. ٢- To know the most important factors that enable us to apply the electronic management in the general directorate of education at Holy Makkah ٣- To know the obstacle that hind the application of electronic management in the general directorate of education at Holy Makkah ٤- To determine the statistical differences between the individuals of the study sample regarding the possibility of applying the electronic management that attribute to the following demographic changes. Scientific qualifications, actual occupation, years of experiences – coursers on computer . Methods of the study : The descriptive analytical methods Study society : It consists of al workers at the general directorate at Holy Makkah ( boys ) The tool of study : The researcher has used a closed as a tool of study Statistical style : The researcher used the frequencies , percentages, mean , the control deviation , A Nova, test, scheffe test to know the differences. The most important results ١- The individuals of study sample thinks that it is important to apply the electronic management in the general directorate of education at Holy Makkah ٢- The individual of study sample think that there are factors that help to apply the electronic management in the general directorate of education at Holy Makkah ٣- The individuals of study sample think that there are obstacles to apply the electronic management in the general directorate of education at Holy Makkah ٤- There are statistical differences concerning the obstacles of applying the electronic management attributing to the scientific qualification in benefit of those who got the master degree ٥- There are statistical differences concerning the obstacles of applying the electronic management attributing to the courses of computer in benefic of those who have three courses The most important recommendation ١- The necessity of providing the internet for all and departments that follow the directorate of education at Holy Makkah ٢- The good planning to prepare the workers and to qualify then towards transformation from the traditional management to the electronic management through holding the required training courses ٣- Holding required meetings and workshops to eliminate the fear for some workers from obscurity of the concept of electronic management ٤- It is a must to encourage the workers in the field of management and qualifying them for the transformation towards the electronic management through destination systems for rewards, and incentives to overcome the resistance shown by some people for the process of change.
