" Parental Trends in Bringing up as been Realized by Intermediate and Secondary Stages Deaf Students in Holy Makkah and Their Relation to Self Concept".
Abstract in English: 
Abstract Title: " Parental Trends in Bringing up as been Realized by Intermediate and Secondary Stages Deaf Students in Holy Makkah and Their Relation to Self Concept". Methodology: The study is based on descriptive linking methodology. The study sample : The graduator has applied his study for all study community in both intermediate and secondary stages that were found at that time (n =83), distributed in four programs. The study tools: 1- Self concept measure presented by Al Harby in 2003AD. 2- Recognized parental bringing up measure presented by Emmam in 1987AD. The Results: 1- There is a positive correlation between the mother realized acceptance bringing up style and self concept ( r= 0.480), but realized discrimination was negatively correlated with self concept ( r= -0.356 ). 2- There is a positive correlation between the father realized acceptance bringing up style and self concept ( r= 0.393), but realized discrimination was negatively correlated with self concept ( r= -0.253 ),the more father discrepancy in treatment with deaf son, the more negative self concept the child would become. 3- There are inner differences between father and mother realization. 4- There is an effective reaction between discrepancy- equity, realized mother and discrepancy- equity realized father in self concept development, it means that it acts as the most effect of normal child realization of parents agreement toward the deaf child bringing up. 5- There are statistically significant differences between the groups belong to grades, the second intermediate and secondary students have more realization of father trend toward independency, the same differences weren ’t realized in mother trend toward the same style of bringing up. 6- There are statistically significant differences in mother acceptance realization for the interest of higher grades( second and third secondary), it may indicate the cognitive and social maturity of the sample, this result was valid when tested according to intermediate\ secondary) variable, the differences were for secondary stage interest in mother realized acceptance, the maturity hypothesis assured that the differences in realization acceptance were for the interest of the group aged( 18) years old or over. Recommendations: 1- To prepare directing courses for fathers who have deaf children to increase their realization toward these children requirements. 2 - Fathers direction toward positive bringing up and keeping away from negative one as it has a bad effect on self concept. 3- The importance of parents( father, mother) agreement in positive bringing up styles as they have good effects on self concept. 4- To care about the educational programs for school students as there were differences through programs.
