Abstract in English: 
Praise be to Allah, the All- Strong, the All-Mighty. Peace and blessings be upon the prophet of Islam, the prophet of guidance, Mohammed, Peace and prayers may be upon him, and upon his family and all his companions. The research's title: The effects of using the suggestive computer program in teaching the teaching the educational technology subject on the acquisition of the teacher college's students in Ha'el city. The research's problem was to identify the effect of the suggestive computer program on teaching the educational technology subject and its effects on the acquisition of the teacher college's students in Ha'el city. The research aima to identify the efficiency of the suggestive computer program upon the students' acquisition in the teachers' college in Ha'el City. In addition, the research aima to identify the method of overcoming the individual differences when using the traditional teaching methods in comparing with using the suggestive computer program. In addition, the research was looking for new teaching methods by using the computer programs, and the effects of using these programs in the skills of remembering and understanding, compared with the traditional teaching methods. To achieve the research's aims, the researcher used the experimental method applied upon two equivalent groups. The research designd two studying tools, the first is the suggestive computer program and the second is the acquisition test. After applying the two tools upon the research's sample of the teacher college's students in Ha'el, learning the educational technology subject (100w), the researcher used the following statistical methods; Richard Equation, Alpha Cronbach equation, the Internal Consistency , T – test, and ANOVA test. The research shows the following results: 1- There is no statistical significance (0.05) between the experimental and control groups in the level of remembering skill of Teacher college students' acquisition in Ha'el city. 2- There is a statistical significance of (0.05) between the experimental and control groups in the understanding skill of Teacher college students' acquisition in Ha'el city. 3- There is a statistical significance of (0.05) between the experimental and control groups in the skill of Teacher college students' and their acquisition level in Ha'el city. The research reaches the following important results; - Preparing more computer programs specialized in the field of teaching technology, and other elated subjects. - Holding training courses to the teaching stuff of the teacher colleges, under the supervision of the qualified computer program trainers to teach them how to use and prepare these programs. The research suggests the following points; - Performing more researches looking for the efficiency of the computer programs on the teaching technology subject and other subjects in the teacher colleges and looking for the motivations to encourage the production of these programs. In addition, the research suggests performing more studies about the effect of using the computer programs upon the selfeducation in the teaching technology subject and the other subjects of the teacher college
