Abstract in English:
A proposed training program is to teach students creative thinking Skills to strengthen the literary/poetic expression of the characters in High school stage plays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The following are the study questions to formulate the program.
Main question: What are the contents of the training program?
These are the questions drawn from the main question:
1. What are the goals of the program?
2. What are the creative thinking skills needed in poetizing in the High school stage plays?
3. What is the scientific approach to teach students the creative skills
4-What are the means and activities needed to encourage artistic creativity among students?
5-What are the evaluating styles used to measure creative skills as they relate to the artistic expression in stage plays ?
A descriptive method was used for this study; a training program was created and presented to a number of specialists in the academe . the ways to teach Arabic language and how these are appreciated by the psychologists and critics were also taken up.
The study found out the following imperatives :
1- build a trailing program to teach creative thinking skills .
2- Write constructive guidelines to train students on creative thinking skills .
One of the main recommendations of the study is carry out an experimental study to measure the effectiveness of the suggested training program in teaching students creative thinking skills .
