methods in developing the vocational performance according to the
opinion of the secondary school teachers in Gaza governorate?
2) Are there differences with statistical significance between are the
expected assumptions to the educational supervision methods in
developing the vocational performance according to the opinion of the
secondary school teachers in Gaza governorate according to the gender
variable, scientific qualification and work years and special field ?
α
3) What are the supposed accommodations which contribute in activating
the role of educational supervision methods in developing the vocational

towards the expected assumptions of the educational supervision methods
which contribute in developing the vocational performance of the
secondary school teachers in Gaza governorate according to the gender
factor .
6) There are no differences in the statistical significance level ( a = 0.05 )
towards the expected assumptions of the educational supervision methods
which contribute in developing the vocational performance of the
secondary school teachers in Gaza governorate according to the
academic qualification factor .
7) There are no differences in the statistical significance level ( a = 0.05 )
towards the expected assumptions of the educational supervision methods
which contribute in developing the vocational performance of the
secondary school teachers in Gaza governorate according to the special
field factor .
8) There are no differences in the statistical significance level ( a = 0.05 )
towards the expected assumptions of the educational supervision methods
which contribute in developing the vocational performance of the
secondary school teachers in Gaza governorate according to the work
years in planning , implementing the lesson and evaluation factor .
9) There are differences in the statistical significance level ( a = 0.01 )
towards the expected assumptions of the educational supervision methods
which contribute in developing the vocational performance of the
secondary school teachers in Gaza governorate according to the work
years in the classroom management for ( 10 years and more) .
Based on results, previously mentioned, this study recommends the

should tackle students' points of weakness, and parents should be
involved in the process of designating these courses to improve
their children's educational level.
- Teachers skills in analyzing exams' results and arranging it
according to the given templates should be developed
