Abstract in English:
This study aims to analyze and evaluate the tributaries of management thought. The purpose is to prove its failure to detect systematic nature of the phenomenon administrative or detect the fundamental truth in uncertain. Most importantly in this level is the lack of discovery of the essential truth that represents the unity of knowledge of these phenomena. The study indicates that the main key of knowledge to the phenomenon of administrative, and the confirmation of the scientific model is that management of science is the science of values.
Any model that the human being is working to build and form, should focus on human supreme value to be scientifically balanced and be able to achieve the supreme goals of human existence. Otherwise, the result of building these models will result in not understanding the scientific methods, and the dialectic between science and philosophy as a system of values centered on the highest value.
Determining the highest value of humanity or administration represents a real challenge to the scientific researchers. The discovery is supposed to reveal the nature of inhuman phenomena, which is not subject to any approach applied by the people in their research. This is supposed to facilitate the finding of a technique that can answer fully.
